Secondly, the staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms with balconies facing the front were a fantastic feature. It was lovely sitting out there and enjoying the mountain views.

The staff made checking in a breeze and were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was delighted to find that my room had a balcony facing the front, providing a great view of the surroundings. The breakfast spread was delicious and I especially enjoyed the option of having a freshly cooked egg. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the train station made it convenient for exploring the area.

Located conveniently near the train station, this hotel was a great base for exploring the region over the New Year. The rooms were neat, modern and comfortable with great views of the mountains from the balcony. The staff was accommodating, offering us early check-in, which was fantastic. We also loved the alpacas in the backyard, they were simply adorable. The hotel was definitely worth the money and the fact that it was situated in a quiet area made for a peaceful stay.

The check-in process was a bit of a nuisance since it was located in a different hotel a little ways down the road. the bathroom in the room could have been better designed, with the light switch located outside the bathroom door and the shower door being difficult to open once inside.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding ski areas. The parking space was unique. Where else can you park next to alpacas? The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and other attractions. Besides, there's plenty of free parking available. Another great aspect was the beautifully cleaned bathroom filled with lots of toiletries. I also love how they kept the room spotless and provided comfy beds to sleep on.

There's no reception in the hotel: we had to walk to another hotel across the street to check-in. It was time-consuming and quite inconvenient, especially when we needed some assistance. Moreover, our room was way too hot for comfort, which made it challenging to get some rest. We also heard noisy guests banging doors, which made it difficult to have a peaceful night.

The hotel had great facilities and was very clean. They provided plenty of toiletries and even had a complimentary bottle of water in the room. The location was convenient as it was close to both the train station and downtown.
